FMI are delighted to announce the appointment of Melody Chinamasa to Account Director having previously held the role of Senior Account Manager within the company. Melody a Zimbabwean national joined FMI in 2008 as a Brand Ambassador and has rose through the ranks to his current position to date. Melody joins a long list of the senior management team that have benefited from FMI’s personal development & mentorship programme. Melody brings a wealth of experience to this role having worked across many industries & departments within FMI. Mel’s expertise lies with strategic partnering, project management, operational efficiencies & high performance sales teams.
Melody has managed B2B sales teams within FMCG/Retail, B2C sales teams: Utilities & Charities, Contact Centre Management: Utilities, FMCG, Market Research & Mystery Shopping. Prior to joining FMI Melody has held middle management roles within the hospitality sector. Mel holds a Diploma in Education from Zimbabwe, a Bsc Hospitality Management from the American College Dublin, Bsc Marketing from DBS & is currently studying for an MBA with D.I.T. Congrat’s Mel!
