FMI were delighted to be the winners of the Champion Sales Team B2C at the Irish Sales Champion Awards 2015 in partnership with our client Electric Ireland.
A great night was had by all in the Guinness Storehouse last night the 11th June where the MC for the night was the formidable Norah Casey who did a great job.
The 5th Annual Irish Sales Champion Awards celebrates the competitive spirit, ingenuity and tenacity of Irish sales personnel on the front line; those who manage to take on every challenge with a will to win. The ISC Awards were established in 2011 to recognise the sales professionals continuing to deliver results despite the economic climate. They recognise those who support, motivate and train them and the technology that supports them.
The award for Champion Sales Team was well deserved by Laurence Flynn and his super sales team at FMI who have trained, worked and had some fun along the way with Laurence. They are a super team full of life and eager to learn.
We are very proud of Laurence and his team for all their hard work and dedication. To out shine and be recognised by their peers is a huge accolade and we look forward to a great Sales Meeting on Monday 15th June with the entire team.
In our winning entry we highlighted and demonstrated the following:

– Clear and measurable team objectives
– Sales performance
– Staff training and team motivation
– Customer satisfaction and feedback
